Period Calculator — Track Your Menstrual Cycle

अपने पीरियड्स को आसानी से ट्रैक करें

A period calculator helps you predict your next period, track cycle length, and understand your hormonal patterns — all in one place. Whether your cycle is regular or irregular, tracking it gives you powerful insights into your reproductive health.

Indian women often deal with irregular periods due to stress, PCOS, thyroid issues, or nutritional deficiencies. Knowing your cycle dates helps you plan better, detect irregularities early, and have informed conversations with your doctor.

Use the free iChhori Period Calculator below — enter your last period date and average cycle length, and we'll predict your upcoming dates, fertile window, and ovulation day.

How It Works | कैसे काम करता है

Enter the date your last period started and your average cycle length (most women are 21–35 days). The calculator instantly shows your next period date, estimated ovulation window, and fertile days for the next 3 months.

Frequently Asked Questions | अक्सर पूछे जाने वाले सवाल

Answers written for Indian women — honest, practical, and doctor-verified.

What is a normal period cycle length?

A typical menstrual cycle is 21–35 days. Most women average 28 days, but anything in this range is considered normal. Consistency matters more than length — if your cycle is always 32 days, that's your normal.

Why is my period late?

Common reasons include stress, significant weight change, thyroid imbalance, PCOS, excessive exercise, or early pregnancy. A one-time delay of a few days is usually nothing to worry about. Consistent delays need a doctor's attention.

Can I use this calculator if my periods are irregular?

Yes — enter your average cycle length over the last 3 months. For highly irregular cycles (varying by more than 7–10 days), the prediction is approximate. Tracking consistently over time gives better results.

What is the fertile window?

The fertile window is the 5 days before ovulation plus ovulation day itself. Sperm can survive up to 5 days inside the body, so timing intercourse in this window maximises chances of conception.

How does stress affect my period?

Stress raises cortisol levels, which can suppress the hormones that trigger ovulation. This can delay your period by a few days or even weeks. Yoga, sleep, and reducing caffeine can help regulate your cycle.

When should I see a doctor about my periods?

See a doctor if your periods are consistently absent for 3+ months (without pregnancy), if bleeding is extremely heavy (soaking more than one pad per hour), if you have severe pain that disrupts daily life, or if cycles are shorter than 21 days.
